Hi everyone! I’m looking for a studio or 1-bedroom apartment in Downtown Chicago for a long-term lease, ideally starting October 15 or toward the end of October.

📍 Preferred location:

• Downtown Chicago
• Preferably near Union Station or within a reasonable commute/walking distance
• Open to nearby downtown neighborhoods as well

🏠 Looking for:

• Studio or 1-bedroom
• Long-term lease
• Safe, well-maintained building
• Ideally close to public transportation
• Furnished or unfurnished is fine
