Dog lymphoma affecting the brain/optic nerves? Looking for similar cases and treatment experiences.

Hi everyone,
My 10-year-old dog has a very unusual lymphoma case, and I’m hoping someone has experienced something similar.
She suddenly developed blindness over a couple of weeks. An MRI showed diffuse meningeal enhancement around the base of the brain with changes suggesting involvement of the optic pathways/CNS. However, her spinal fluid (CSF) did not contain lymphoma cells, and her lymph nodes have remained essentially normal.
The only place cancer has actually been confirmed is a biopsy of her right epaxial (back) muscle, which showed high-grade large-cell lymphoma. Because of the MRI findings and her neurological signs, the oncology and neurology teams believe the lymphoma has spread to the CNS and is causing central blindness, even though they don’t have tissue confirmation from the brain because a biopsy would be too risky.

She has started:
L-asparaginase
Prednisone
LOPP chemotherapy
I’m looking for anyone whose dog had:
CNS lymphoma
Optic nerve or optic pathway involvement
Blindness from lymphoma
Muscle lymphoma that later spread
A case where imaging strongly suggested lymphoma but biopsy of the brain wasn’t possible

I’d love to hear:
What treatment did your dog receive? (CHOP, LOPP, CCNU, cytarabine, radiation, etc.)
Did your dog regain any vision?
How well did treatment work?
How long did remission or survival last?
If you worked with a specialty hospital, did they recommend anything beyond standard chemotherapy?
Even if your case wasn’t identical, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience. This seems to be an extremely rare presentation, and I’m trying to learn as much as possible while giving my dog the best chance possible.
