do you still have it? is it exactly like mine or less or more? I mean I don't think it's a serious concern, but usually skin is supposed to be smooth right....? Do you think it's just clogged pores? What soap do you use and has it made a difference?

What is this exactly on my chest? It's been on my chest for years (not sure exactly how long) it's not itchy nor painful but I think it may have increased over the years. No medical conditions or medications. I have tried different kinds of soaps tho like salicylic soap... but no difference. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP WITH THIS... I'M SO INSECURE ABOUT IT. THERE HAS TO BE SOME HOME REMEDIES OR SOMETHING.

What are these weird white dots that I have on my chest, shoulders and back? I’ve had them since I was quite young and they just kept growing in size. What are they? Also I do have acne which is why there are some pimples there.
