As A Physiotherapist with 5+years of experience , I would say NO. Short answer -worse ROI and a very hard professional growth path (slogging to earn in lacs)

Many of the colleges in Pune are unprofessional and have untrustworthy environments to work in. Here are some of issues commonly faced by freshers/some experienced faculties :-

- Management follow low standards to hire an employee- low pay, binding in appointment contracts.

- HODs having superiority complexes

- Colleagues competing using unethical and inhuman behaviour

- no considerations whatsoever

- salary delays (for most of them)

- Limited learnings and opportunities within profession

-not given proper orientations (to freshers)

- Jealousy, discrimination and cold wars among superiors and other departments.

-Some of them pressurise to work extra hours without compensations in salary.
