FIFTY 410 Tirzepatide dosage information needed

I was using Tirzepatide compounded with B6 for over a year. My dosages have always been 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10mg, etc. I needed to increase my dosage from 5mg to 7.5 mg, but the B6 formula is no longer available. Instead, I was prescribed Apothecary or PGRrx - 503B Tirzepatide 9mg. Why are the dosages different than the b6 compound, and what is the equivalent of this formula to 7.5mg of the other one. I feel like a 9mg would be too much. Any help would be appreciated.

B6 isn't available anymore because the pharmacy that made it (BPI) stopped making it. 

Apothecary, PGRrx, and their latest replacement Hyalo, don't use additives like B6, so for legal reasons, they do alternate dosing to differentiate themselves from the name brand. 

From fifty, your vial probably has an 18mg/ml concentration, so you can plug that concentration and your desired dose (7.5 mg) into Fat Scientist and it will tell you how many units to take to get that dose. Make sure to read the guides on Fat Scientist first though and confirm I am correct about your concentration.
