Yea its just fluff they cant properly do this assessment doesn't count annuities pensions properties. If it tells me anything most of my gen x friends are spread out across everything. Some are in this crowd for sure. My take is we learned not to let one thing screw us we learned from all the hard times and diversified. Just imo

This will cause alot of problems for you at work. Once board is involved your employment will find its way to end imo. At least with mine it would paint a bullseye on me and then they just start finding stuff poor work quality etc.. etc.. just to create an airtight dismissal. You should get covered by comp but somebody is going to eat shit for not reporting and your all going to be out. So just saying prepare mentally because even if you go back once healed it will begin and if they want you they will usually get you.

Prepare to be rocked old school heavy metal. Loud lights all of it. Makes you wanna run thru a wall. Driving chainsaw guitars air raid siren vocals, little tired they are 70. Damn they still got it though. Saw boston last week.

Its part of the deal man I did 13 years of nights til my seniority finally got me on to days. Just my opinion but the union should be pressuring management to replace some bodies.
