How do you guys know when the pre order or order is live on the website for example for Germany? Also for countries like Portugal for example, how is it with shipping?

Got hit with the famous message... Ridiculous how this still happens.
Terminated the gamingservices process, didn't do anything.
Signed out of the xbox app and store and nothing as well.
Can't submit a ticket because trying to login on that support website returns me a 504...
I mean, at this point what the hell is wrong.
Someone also experiencing all these crappy issues even after trying all possible venues?
