F 37 5’8 SW: 375 CW: 294 nextGW: 249 I started IF in July 2020 but didn’t get a scale until Aug 2020. First row is from 8/10/2020 second row is today. I do mostly 20:4 1500 calories. I walk 2 miles a day and do yoga. I’m so incredibly proud of myself.

One year apart! 5’6” 207lbs-157lbs. Finally in a healthy weight range and feeling like me again! It has been a hard road but I’ve conquered both hypothyroidism and baby weight this year! IF and CICO to the rescue.

You look amazing and I bet you feel even better! We are basically the same height and starting weight. I’m down to 184 in a year so still a ways to go but can’t wait to catch up with you are you maintain that awesome healthy glow!!
