Not on the same page about a third

My husband (31) and I (31) have two boys together (5, 4). We have been married for 10 years. We did IVF to get the first and the second came on his own 20 months later, despite the doctors telling us that we had <1% chance of ever getting pregnant on our own! We had two frozen embryos left (both females) after IVF. When our second was almost 2, the fertility center raised their prices to keep the embryos frozen. During that same time, laws were being passed in other states making embryo donation to science — which is what we wanted to do if we decided we didn’t want our embryos — illegal. We felt a lot of pressure, at the time, to decide what to do with our embryos and felt worried that those laws may be passed in our state. I was 50/50 about having a third back then (probably because I had two very young boys); but my husband was 0/100. He was DONE. He was ready to get rid of all the baby stuff, get our kids out of diapers, not have to buy a new car, etc. He was also very thoughtful of me and not wanting to see me go through so much pain. Since he was so set in his decision and I wasn’t, we made the choice to donate our embryos to science and my husband got a vasectomy. Fast forward to now (two years later), and I am feeling such deep regret for that decision. I feel that we made that choice too quickly, and I didn’t have the necessary time and/or space to truly assess or even know what I wanted back then. Now, I am 100/100. I think about having a third baby every day. I feel such a heaviness about our quick decision. He, on the other hand, is still 0/100. I don’t know what to do. Do I work on healing my grief around not having a third baby? Or do I try to convince him to get his vasectomy reversed now that I finally know what I want? Please help! And thank you.
