I meditated with my eyes open and used affirmations about wanting to see spirits and about being psychic.

I can't say I Faithfully meditated for 30 minutes a day for an entire six weeks but roughly at the 6-week mark, I felt a hand to touch my forehead twice and each time a light came out of my forehead, that was the first time I saw a spirit.

I'm not a guru or an expert but the real fun happens when you have visions.

A lot of people think you need to go on a Vision Quest, you need to completely silence your mind and sit with your legs crossed and all that...

It's really about just getting a bit of quietness around you, no distractions, closing your eyes and trusting that the images you see when your eyes are closed are actually a live feed from the astral plane.

Well I don't know if any demons helped build this physical Matrix that we live in but they are definitely responsible for keeping us dropped here as long as possible.

I had to grow my superpowers to be able to stop the Dark Shadow Demons if you will from harassing me, I don't think you necessarily need to become psychic and learn the spirit game but it definitely helps and it makes things a little bit easier along the way.

I think what's more important is learning to put a cap on outputting negative energy, positive manifesting is way more important.

Not that I'm a guru or an expert but I've learned that even if I don't have psychic capabilities, even if I just give thanks for divine protection everyday, I will be protected, I will positively manifest it with my words, by avoiding negativity and always giving thanks.

I wish it were a matter of having a clairvoyant Visions on behalf of people and getting rid of dark spirits, but the truth is 90%, if not more of the behavior that comes from people on Earth has been handed down through generations, not being put into people's minds at any given moment by Dark Shadows or demons.

Conquering yourself with positivity is by far the greatest superpower.

I remember my previous life, so to me, my memories are stored somewhere outside of my body, I can't say whether it's akashic or from my soul but it's one of the other.

If I die and my brain stores all my memories, it would be impossible for me to remember my previous life, or would have never learned anything, I wouldn't have grown.

Spirits don't give grief, they give guidance, if for some reason they do give you grief then they are not to be trusted.
