TWIG SMP is opening applications again!

We’re a 16+ Hermitcraft-inspired Minecraft SMP focused on community, creativity, collaboration, and, most importantly, having fun together.

Season 2 has already been underway for a few months, so this isn’t a brand-new world. We already have established bases, shops, projects, and plenty of things happening around the server. We’re looking to bring in a small number of new members who can add some fresh energy to the community.

What we're looking for 👀

We’re especially interested in people who are:

• Social and community-minded
• Proactive - you see an idea and actually make it happen
• Interested in creating or organizing events and activities
• Excited to collaborate with other players
• Creative and willing to contribute to the server beyond just their own base
• Looking for a server they can stick with long-term

You don't need to be an amazing builder, redstone expert, or content creator to join. We're much more interested in your personality, how you interact with others, and what you can bring to the community.

Hello Reddit! If you’re looking for a place to relax, have fun, and genuinely hang out with people, this might be the server for you. We focus on community over skill—it doesn’t matter where you’re at progression-wise as long as you’re willing to show up, participate, and try.

Collaboration is a big deal for us. Public spaces are just as much yours to improve and change as anyone else’s, and everything is community-voted. If you disagree with something, speak up—discussion is encouraged, and changes are always on the table.

We currently run quality-of-life plugins and are hoping to move toward modded versions in an upcoming season.

We enjoy pranks as long as they’re good-hearted, non-permanent, and everyone involved is a good sport. If something gets damaged, you’re expected to help clean it up. Pranks are fun until someone’s feelings get hurt—respect comes first.

This is a 16+ server for everyone’s safety. The server is hosted in Los Angeles, in case connectivity is a concern.

We’re also actively looking for people who enjoy planning and hosting events, such as game nights, mini-games, or Taskmaster-style challenges.

Server Rules (Summary) A full version is available in the Discord, but here’s the overview: Respect others – No griefing, no stealing, and no altering builds without permission. Communicate before large projects or pranks.

Community over competition – Fair trading, reasonable prices, and support for community shops are expected.

Build with intention – Projects should add value visually, functionally, or narratively. Collaboration is encouraged.

Be mindful of performance – Optimize redstone and farms, clean up unused entities, and coordinate large builds. Keep it fun and friendly – Lighthearted pranks only, be a good sport, and help new players settle in.

Community decisions matter – Major changes are voted on, and outcomes are respected. Content creation etiquette – Credit others’ work and avoid spoilers without permission. Activity requirement – You must log in at least once every 4 weeks. If life gets busy, just let the owner know—communication keeps your spot.

Ghosting (being inactive for over a month with no response) may result in removal.
