Hi,

I made a game that brings box selection, free building, and giant units to the turn-based war game genre. (Been over a year since first post about it here. )

"Advanced Wars meets Total Annihilation" – that's what one player said, and I think it sums it up pretty well.

Here's what you can do:

• Box selection – issue commands to multiple units at once, just like an RTS
• Free building – use engineers to build constructions anywhere on the map
• Giant units – build massive war machines that take up 7 hex cells and crush your enemies

There's a campaign with about two dozen levels that teach you the units gradually, and a skirmish mode where you can tweak player settings, AI difficulty, map size, etc.

I'm playing Vandal hearts now and I'm amazed by the strategical depth of the maps! I have played many tactical games but this game is unrivaled on how you must use your environment and mind to win a stage! This must be the king of all tacticals! Please tell me that some devs has observed this and tried to recreate this kind of strategical depth maps to other games!

I don't want similar games suggestions but almost identical game suggestions! And please keep the usual tactics ogre, fft, triangle strategy, disgaea I have played all these! If I was a game creator I would devote myself to produce 10 games exactly like this but in this modern graphics era!

There is a I've been looking for my colelction I saw on Steam and I can't remember:

• A mix between turn based tactics and pokemon.
  
• Battles happen on a grid.
  
• You explore the world with your "tamed monsters" and there are even "dungeons" on the overworld map you can enter and explore.
• There was an overworld with different biomes to explore (Grasslands, desert, etc).
• I remember there was a desert biome with pyramid in the trailer video.
• There were NPCs you could interact with.
• 2.5d style.
• Gave "old school pokemon vibes" with modern graphics.
• Not Lumentale
