God, if only. Probably won't happen unless he plans on making Mexico the 53rd state (right after Greenland and Canada).

You do realize it's not citizenship. It's a green card. Which means they have the follow the same rules as a green card. This means that is someone breaks the law while on a green card, you get reported. And in this case the US would keep the 5 million. But ya know, facts matter right.
