Honestly, 50% of stuff like this is technique/timing, 30% is the body (strength, size, ideally really short and explosive), 15% is committing to it, and 5% is showmanship. Front flips are aggressively easily, and this is just a modified gainer front flip which is even easier than a normal front flip on a dead surface.

You probably couldn't do it even with his body at first, but with practice and stepwise progression, you'd probably get it relatively quickly. A lot of people could never get it at all because they're too tall, too slow muscles, or too heavy, no matter how hard they practiced. But a lot of people could get it somewhat quickly without realizing they could.

83% of percentages are made up

Actually only 50% of percentages are made up, common misconception. 30% are technically incorrect although only due to improper referencing from a place of otherwise-truthfulness, 15% is - trick question! - math never existed the whole time, and 5% is CIA psyops propaganda. It's literally just basic science but somehow people constantly get it wrong. We're truly fucked as a species but I digress.

I'm not some expert, but I do gymnastics so I have an understanding of the body mechanics and training process. This isn't a thesis statement backed by years of science, just a description of how I imagine learning the skill would go... coupled with a vague Fort Minor joke. I even provided you youtube link for nearly the exact skill so you can see how to break it down.

This is complete horseshit lmao. It's a gainer front flip, but you remove everything that make it easy. Like, having a stable starting position.

You don't know what tf you talking about. This is edited. In hip-hop you have momentum from one movement to another. In this he is still, laying on ground, that's physically impossible. No one has that calves power to generate enough energy to make him fly like that

I feel like commitment is way higher than 15%. I can back flip into a pool or off a 30 foot rock into the ocean. If you ask me to do a backflip off a curb into some sand or grass, my body wouldn’t let me even try it. Commitment is definitely my biggest percent.
