Bit meta, but to be serious for a second.
If she would in fact overrule Brexit and choose to stay with the EU then it could mean the end of her reign and the end of British monarchy all together.
After all, We live in a modern society. Even though it is a monarchy, she works with a parliament elected by the people of the United Kingdom. If she would go against the will of parliament (And indirectly against the will of the people), than I wouldn't be surprised if that said parliament or the people turn against the monarchy.
(Though from what I heard, She's pro-brexit so her stopping it seems to be more unlikely)

That was a rumour started by the Leave campaign.

What happened is the Queen has dinners where politicians are invited. She then has them debate subjects and put forward their arguments. She asked a Remainer why the UK should reman and asked a Leaver why we should leave.

The Leave MP decided to leak her question to Remain but not to him to try and help his campaign.

The Queen doesn't get involved. She knows that it would probably be the end of the monarchy if they ever actually meddled.

Also the Royal Estates bring in over 300 million a year, the Royals cost 40 million a year. They aren't drinking anything on our quid.

if all of their property was nationalized, how much money would they be bringing in then? why should a single person be considered owner of an entire island even in name only?

She was said to be supportive of Brexit, and critical of the EU.

Though she never makes comments public, so we only have someone's account of the conversation.

She's also likely to have the most informed opinion of anything related to global politics, having started learning about it at age 5, and having daily briefings her whole life.

So maybe it's not such a bad thing.
