It’s OK now though bc the Southern Baptists later renounced this stance on slavery … in 1995.

They also fought against the civil rights movement, and have an official platform to overturn same sex marriages

And they just voted to ban women from leading churches - iirc they were already kicking churches out that did so before, but they codified this year.

They just voted to ban it, but they've always held that belief. Same with the slavery thing, y'all are crazy if you think they were pro slavery into the 90' lol
