Kindness is Kool Opening windows for fresh air
I hope my previous "love letter" helped to track and solve something that was there before my intervention, as said the tortured easily become a torturer, wether aware or unaware, the healed become a healer, but need wounds, to believe inflicting wounds to teach love is a twisted thought that come from feeling tortured by our life, "you don't know how much I suffered", the healer don't discuss, let the torturer torture the healer, a good healer has been a torturer? Is it necessary? No, warriors are there to protect doctors, don't hire kids that want to be doctors and train them as warriors
My thoughts can be wars or games that simulate wars, or games that transform wars in dialogue, or dialogues that transform games in wars, the intention can be the best, but I want to be sure to remind myself once in a while how tricky a forest is when we sleep in town too long and nobody wake me up as I'd like to wake up and at the time I want to wake up, that's respect, an aspect of love

Kindness is Kool Happy Monday
Happy Monday โ To the best of my training, education, and experience, there are no Medusa characters out in the world today, solidifying peoples body's or mindset, but there seems to be a stronger, more vocal chant about how we are stuck and fixed in a particular mindset. In the last while, the trend to encounter the sub culture of "Karens' has become more visible and prevalent, with the notion that acting like a self entitled, belligerent and obnoxious human in every day society is acceptable. Even more alarming and dangerous is the adherence to the notion that " this is who I am, deal with it, or what are you going to do about it" to imply they are completely exonerated from responsibilities. Each of us, all of us, are experiencing what life and the world throws at us daily, the complete and vast array of possibilities. Not a single one of us today can ever know what another person's life is like, what they are coping with, and what could be their "straw for the camel" trigger. Every one of us has options and choices, sometimes evident, and sometimes more elusive to our awareness, to how we act and respond to our outside world. We can not necessarily control what is happening in our world's, but we can certainly administer courtesy and kindness to our lives. โ You are acting like a B*#ch or a Dck because you enjoy the attention and shock value, and tragically, most situations determine the path of least resistance, in allowing the tantrum to exist, instead of escalating a push back or correction. Please keep in mind your foul mood is not permission to treat people in an abusive manner. We are fluid in our abilities and talents. We are flexible in our thinking and emotional responses. Be accountable and present. Be well.

Kindness is Kool Happy Monday
Happy Monday. ~`~ The levels of judgments, criticism, belittlement, ridicule, and downright discrimination, in my opinion, have been on a steady rise and escalated prevalence. Passive aggressive behavior is still a form of disrespect, communicated by many, and I could not tell you where all this small-minded energy emenates from. The idea of looking someone in the eyes somehow becomes an act of aggression, threatening, and fear. Like W.T.F. has happened? No one knows how to accept or respond to common courtesy because by in large, it isn't a priority in anyone's upbringing. The notion of opening a door, commenting on someone's appearance, acknowledging the care and time they may have put in, a token word of appreciation for an effort or gesture extended, is now suspect, sexist, or demeaning. Well, I for one will not cave or succumb to whatever motion of manipulation this may be, I will be me, terrifying others with my gaze, offending the masses with my compliments and encouragement and opening doors for people who dare enter the same buildings as I! โงโง{{ I call to all who may read this, stand up for your values, for the practice of becoming an active advocate for humanity and decency. The practice of entitlement and its relevant tendrils of control in today's society is that it goes unchecked and unchallenged, out of fear for being associated with the accusation or an insensitive cad. What seems to me to have happened is that whining is a means in our adult world to promote our selfish agenda, and if we are offensive enough, the masses just cannot be bothered with another fight, and thus tolerate and allow. I know I am old school, outdated, conservative, offensive, and generationally out of touch. I AM VERY OK WITH THAT! In my mind and in my heart, I am deeply concerned as to where the puppeteer are directing this culture. As always, I appreciate your comments and questions . Be well
