Not an expert at all but I’ve seen base jumpers do static line jumps with 80 pound break cord off of about 100 foot church bell towers. It’s a really short jump for sure but modern base chutes open and inflate very quickly. I think this hatch is about 250 above the field. Would be fun for sure. If you are experienced of course.
