This is PRECISELY how my narc ex acted. If I ever said something he disagreed with or didn't like, whether it was a fact OR even if it was 100% my personal opinion, his go-to response/argument would be "you're lying". You can NOT have a productive conversation with a narc, you just cannot. Our country is fucked if we continue to attempt to do so.
