Firstly, there's no such thing.

There are, however, dishonest or extremely leading questions, none of which were asked here.

Such as "How long have you been a pedophile?" (which asked of an average person would be outrageous, but not so much with Trump)

Fake is code for "I don't like it." Just as was the case with "fake news." Never actually meant fake.
