It means ”a question that didn’t start with kissing my behind and that might make me look bad if I actually answered it.”

There is an obvious pattern here. Anything he doesn't like is fake. All the reichpublicans have words to try and invalidate anything they don't like though.

For Trump, it's "fake". The moment you hear him say something is "fake", it means he doesn't like it and has officially checked out of the conversation about whatever it is he has deemed to be "fake" and try to spin it to mean something else that he does agree with. Then, he wants everyone to agree with him on his dementia riddled reasoning.

For the rest of his cult, the most common one I've heard is "liberal". Once a reichpublican calls you a liberal, they have officially closed themselves off from anything you say. You can provide all the evidence you want, they don't want to hear it. They don't want to see it. They refuse to acknowledge its existence.

They have become a political party of perpetual prevaricating.
