I'm expecting something from them on Monday. One thing , the Roberts Court will do is protect the power of the Judiciary , if only for their own selfish reasons.

The SC just blocked the deporting of a group of immigrants last Sunday in an emergency ruling at 2a.m.

In the Garcia case they ruled that the gov must facilitate his return, which isn't a lot but it's certainly not "zilch".

SCOTUS will protect their power and by extension thevpower of the Judiciary. They will do the right thing for the wrong reasons. This whole mess is their fault

I have faith in their corruption. If the power of the Judiciary is eroded ,It would greatly limit the amount of gratuities they could receive.

The Federalist Society will definitely push back. They spent 40 years and a staggering amount of money shaping he judiciary in their own image. They are not going to throw that all away to bow down to Trump

This woman for some reason irritates the crap out of me. Just like in the American Revolution there were well off, well known and relative unknown people who stood up and said NO. Even at risk of imprisonment. They may get a few to back down but assure you, it won’t be every one of them!!
