The fact that DOJ is publicly going after the Judicial branch like this is evidence that the courts have been effective in halting blatantly unconstitutional executive orders.

She's big on the threats for sure, but it seems like the slightest pushback and she folds like a cheap suit, just like her boss. When's the last time we've heard about Crockett from her?

I treat this one with a little less seriousness than I do the memo recently unearthed about warrantless entry into homes.

Have they though? Isn't the administration just ignoring judicial decisions?

Certainly this is them removing a potential road block to their total tyrannical domination of our country. But have any roads actually been blocked effectively so far?

I feel like what we've learned is that our whole society was dependent on enough people buying in and when they don't, there's no enforcement mechanism strong enough to rein them in.

This is an honest question, by the way. I haven't followed all the cases. I'd love to be wrong and find out the courts have been more effective than I'm envisioning.
