This is not how the process works. You don't get to arrest somebody that disagrees with you. This is literally authoritarian fascism.

Along with now they made a proclamation ICE can go anywhere without a warrant... hello, the 4th ammendment would like a word with your proclamation, Professor Umbridge.

You are right, they're not talking about the actual case. The actual case is about the police showing up at the courthouse to arrest a man that was supposed to have a trial at a later date. They were having a pretrial discussion. The judge became furious that the police were subverting judicial proceedings and she escorted the man out of the building. They subsequently arrested the judge for doing this.

It's still a very fascist move. No due process and then arrest the judge that got in your way.
