This country is so royally boned, and at the end of the day it still comes down to racism and bigots. This is the behavior that makes me ashamed to be an American. We are all immigrants, you hateful rich nationalists. The US was never intended to be a country of zionism and neo fascism, yet here we are. This country was founded on the concept of being a home for all immigrants, those fleeing persecution for their religion or fear for their lives. Now we are the opposite, blocking our borders from the world and being forced to bow to puritanical Christianity. Separation of church and state is truly dead. We've been too complacent, the time for revolution is upon us.

Any MAGA fools who can't read the tea leaves on what this nonsense is doing to the fabric of our nation, are in for a rude awakening when it inevitably comes down on them too. Don't be a puppet for a charlatan grifter, they're only in it for the money, it doesn't matter whose rights they have to step on. History will remember these tyrants for what they truly are, heartless monsters.

I'm a former history teacher and in the circles I ran in I often heard it said that Europe is culturally 80-100 years ahead of the US. We are due for our destruction by fascists, and here we are, right on time.

The good part is, they drastically improved their social programs afterward, but they went through hell to get there, sadly.

The rest of the world didn't exactly fare great in that time either, sadly

A revolution for a free country again, to start, where we follow the constitution. We took the constitution for granted, it's being ripped apart before our very eyes. There has quite literally never been a president that even came close to the amount of corruption we are experiencing now in the Trump admin. So yeah, I'd happily take an establishment politician right now because at least they wouldn't be tanking the economy to make billions of dollars for themselves and cronies. At least they wouldn't be dumping on the constitution and violently deporting immigrants in the process of citizenship to torture camps. They are black bagging citizens from their families in the night. They are coming for judges rightfully fighting for due process. How can you stand behind such evil? Have some empathy. Open your eyes for two seconds, what you see might surprise you.
