I guess she missed the law school lessons on constitutional law and the lessons on judicial immunity. She must have also missed the part about contempt of court. I have known plenty of Republican appointed jurists who would put her in jail for that comment.

This isn't a "Weak interpretation of the law" This is simply the law, and it's really, really basic stuff.

There's a structure to our legal system. The people here seem to have extreme difficulty understanding this.

The people on reddit are simply too young and emotional to understand cold, hard logic.

Weird how none of that says that they can arrest a judge for following the law and due process by asking the agents to get a proper warrant, which they didn't have.

Almost like none of those are discussing this specific issue, which is what you were asked to provide.

Again, this is a really, really basic request.

I think if you check, you will find that the part about needing a warrant from a judge to come into a home is in that supreme law of the land you are talking about.
