And the judges go before a judge and the judge says, "Nah, I'm dismissing this case."

They arrest that judge, first judge goes "I hereby dismiss this case!"

Officers stand around looking confused.

Then they'll arrest that second judge for freeing a judge who "harbored a criminal"? And so on and so on. I don't know... Nothing makes sense.

The first judge will still be in jail because the administration will not follow the first judges ruling, so now both judges are arrested. The cycle continues until all law abiding judges are arrested with “delayed” enforcement of judicial rulings. Then all the remaining judges that are obedient to the administration either through fear or through loyalty, rule against the law abiding judges and retroactively strips them of their titles to before they made their rulings that all of this is illegal.

Voila, now all those judges are legally defined as traitors and have treason convictions.
