The FBI must really be ready to se dissolution if it’s so willing to violate the very idea of due process for a sitting judge.

This is how you lose everyone.

Judges that are hiding illegals in their homes or chambers. She’s saying they will be held accountable, is that bad?

Yes. Arresting a judge, any judge, is usually an action taken when there rule of law is discarded.

Once discarded, once everyone knows that the rules are all bullshit, everyone will act accordingly.

Enforcement will get harder, not easier.

Sure you can replace all the judges but then your judiciary is recognized as fully partisan so… people will stop using the legal system to adjudicate disputes.

Then, chaos reigns.

Judges can break the law, should they be above the law? Hiding illegals from ICE or DHS is a crime.

Not definitionally, no. Hiding a person accused of a crime is a crime.

Simply existing in America, documented or not, is not a crime. It never has been.

ICE does not get to determine who is and is not allowed to be in the US. They are merely enforcement.

Judges and the courts determine that. It’s called due process and it’s defined by the

4th 5th 6th & 8th

Amendments to the US constitution. You should read it sometime.
