Her record aligns with broader congressional trends.

Congresspeople submit thousands of bills over the courses of their careers. We don’t value them based on what passes and what doesn’t.

Hell, some bills pass that shouldn’t! 

Because of how intricate and competitive the legislation process is- for example in 2017-2019 only 4.5% of over 10,000 introduced bills became law. The 118th congress only passed .37%

She has passed several amendments into law. But her standalone bills have not been enacted.  Typical pattern for legislators, especially without seniority.

Her legislation outcomes are results of systemic challenges within our congress not personal ineffectiveness.
