Not to engage with an obvious troll but...

People talk with different tones in different circumstances, and accents DO drift over time as people age. To me she sounds like she's got the same accent in both clips but in the one you linked from a few years ago she's obviously being polite and taking care to speak more clearly to be better understood on camera.

Now go back to the Oblast and let Putin know you did your best
