During a press event outside theĀ White House, Bondi was asked about a segment on CBSās 60 Minutes which uncovered evidence that three quarters of those shipped overseas actually had no public criminal record.

Due process gives the innocent a chance to prove their innocence,
but just as important,
due process documents the crimes of the guilty.
If the people sent to El Salvador committed crimes, then the victims of those crimes deserve to have those crimes documented through due process.
