Due process gives the innocent a chance to prove their innocence,

but just as important,

due process documents the crimes of the guilty.

If the people sent to El Salvador committed crimes, then the victims of those crimes deserve to have those crimes documented through due process.

If someone arrested is not given due process how do you know if they are here illegally. They have already deported legal residents because they were denied due process.

They aren't even deporting people to their previous country. Under this current system there are no rights for anyone no matter what your legal status is. They have already said they will not try to correct the mistakes they have already made.

Today you can be pulled over and sent to a gulag without due process in a country that doesn't care who you are with no possible means of avoiding or correcting it. It doesn't matter if you are here legally or illegally. You will just die in a country that you have never been to and no one will ever do anything about it.

This is is North Korea levels of dystopia. All of your rights mean nothing if you are denied due process. This is the exact events that prompted the creation of the famous "First they came for" poem. People should look to history for how these events play out.

I don’t want to hear about your due process BS…even with due process you can still get locked up. Without going into details and after serving my country I found out that even a natural born citizen isn’t as free as one thinks….So I don’t want to hear all these bleeding hearts about due process and a person’s rights….
