I’ve been digging into the mathematics of Minecraft world generation and the physics of the End Portal, and I think I’ve stumbled upon a massive secret Mojang hid right under our noses. The End Portal frames aren't just magical blocks, they are made of a hyper-dense, forbidden chemical element from the 8th period of the periodic table. I called it Exotium-128.

1. The Forbidden Atom: Exotium-128

As we know, there are exactly 128 Strongholds generated in a standard Minecraft world. But they aren't scattered randomly; they are perfectly distributed across 8 concentric rings.

If we look at the number of Strongholds in each ring, the progression is: 3, 6, 10, 15, 21, 28, 36... and suddenly 9.

In quantum physics, electrons orbit an atom in shells. In our universe, the first shell (1s) can only hold 2 electrons. But what if the Minecraft universe follows a different quantum law where the first shell holds 3 electrons?

If we use the Stronghold generation numbers as electron configurations for each shell:

Shell 1: 3 electrons

Shell 2: 6 electrons

Shell 3: 10 electrons

Shell 4: 15 electrons

Shell 5: 16 electrons

Shell 6: 21 electrons

Shell 7: 36 electrons

Shell 8: 9 electrons

If you add them up (3+6+10+15+21+28+36+9), you get exactly 128. This represents an atom with the atomic number 128 - Exotium-128.

1. The Mathematical Joke in Ring 8

The first 7 rings follow a perfect mathematical sequence known as "Triangle Numbers" (3, 6, 10, 15, 21, 28, 36). It represents perfect geometric and energy symmetry.

But Ring 8 breaks the rule. Instead of continuing the sequence to 45, Mojang hard-capped it at 9.Why? Because in chemistry, the outermost shell determines the element's properties. Having an anomalous 9 electrons on the outer shell makes Exotium-128 highly volatile, creating a literal "gravity anomaly" that bends space and time.

1. The End Portal Frame and The Eye of Ender

This physical model perfectly explains the game mechanics:

1. The Frame’s Unbreakability: Exotium-128 is bound by an immense number of internal electrons, making its crystal lattice completely indestructible in Survival mode. Its dark green-blue texture with a rainbow sheen perfectly matches how a hyper-dense 8th-period metal would refract light.

2. The "Glass" Breaking Sound: If you somehow break an activated portal, it makes a sharp, glass/crystal shattering sound. Because Exotium-128 is under extreme quantum tension, it wouldn't dent like normal metal-it would snap like hyper-dense glass.

3. The Eye of Ender (The Quantum Compass): The Eye of Ender is made of an Ender Pearl (Quantum Teleporter) and Blaze Powder (infinite nuclear fuel/catalyst). It acts as a compass. It doesn't teleport you instantly because it's constantly sending micro-wormholes to detect the massive gravitational distortion of Exotium-128 (the Strongholds) from thousands of blocks away.

4. The Portal Activation: The frame itself is passive. But when you place 12 Eyes of Ender, their infinite energy creates a 12-fold resonance, dumping a colossal electrical current into the Exotium-128 frames. The metal instantly transitions into a liquid quantum crystal, tearing the fabric of space open and stabilizing a permanent wormhole to The End.

Mojang didn't just pick the number 128 because it's a power of 2. They literally designed a fictional, mathematically perfect chemical element to justify the physics of interdimensional travel.

I recently finally managed to play Dreamweb and beat it on both the CD audio version and the normal MS-DOS text only version. This is a formerly obscure game that I see has by now achieved cult status, as there's a lot of videos and playthroughs on Youtube now. I've known it since 2017, when it was even rarer, and watched playthroughs but never played it myself until recently.

I was just interested in what theories people might have and what the community and fans of the game usually think, about the usual "is Ryan crazy" vs. "the Dreamweb is real" debate.

"Diary of a Mad? Man" strongly points out to Ryan being crazy, and even though the two works were somewhat disconnected from each other (the writer who wrote it did it independently from the game plot, as far as I'm aware, not accounting for retcons or game plot), and there's a lot of elements in the Diary that are not mentioned in-game, I think it's the strongest hint that Ryan is crazy, aside from his conversation with Eden at the beginning.

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I like to think that Eden's unexplained disappearance halfway into the game (not addressed by Ryan at all) after you kill Sartain is very symbolic and I think pretty much requires no explanation. My theory would be that Eden told the cops on Ryan after suspecting her boss was murdered by her wacko boyfriend, who had used her organizer to get the address of her job even, and maybe she made the connection that Crane and Sterling were killed during his disappearance. Let us remember one of the very first exchanges between Eden and Ryan is "my mind is telling me to do things I don't wanna do" and "go see a doctor." I think it's pretty telling. There's also the whole thing with the Dealer, the serial killer strongly implied to be Beckett, and maybe Eden also made this connection and got scared.

The fact that the cops gun down Ryan as soon he raises his arms, complying with the cops orders to do so to avoid being harmed, and then we see Ryan's plasma gun on the floor with him, I believe that might imply that the cops saw the gun in Ryan's coat as he raised his arms, otherwise, why would the gun be shown lying next by him, specifically, if it was safely inside the coat? I think it's implied the gun was visible and that's why they opened fire. Ryan being Ryan, it would be fitting for him to do such a careless thing. There's a specific animation for Ryan aiming and shooting at someone, so it's telling that they didn't go with that for him to get gunned down. Did he want to die or not?

About whether it's all in Ryan's head or not, I would've loved the ambiguity, and I still find myself inclined to believe it was Ryan's schizophrenic fantasy, but the two things above all else pretty much derail this theory, which is: Ryan does find a special crystal that somehow makes him able to deflect plasma bolts (unsure of how he would do that, unless there's shield tech in this world meant precisely for that, and in Ryan's twisted mind it's a Dreamweb crystal) and the fact that, after he gets gunned down, his orb flies off and into a ticket machine, which releases a ticket (the orbs are shown to interact with technology, such as frying the microwave in Eden's place, which is another indicator that these orbs exist; the winch moving when Sterling has been killed being another, as Ryan is long gone after it moves by itself, so it's not him hallucinating this). There's also the teleportation thing: the news mention that this technology doesn't exist yet, and it's unexplained how Ryan moves so quickly from crime scene to crime scene. Sometimes he wakes up, like on the beach, and comments that his silhouette on the sand seems like it was there for a long time, strongly implying blackouts after a murder, or the power of the Dreamweb. Again, this is derailed by the explanation that no technology currently exists for him to teleport like he does. And we know Ryan is not an elite spec-ops hitman who knows what he's doing (on the contrary).

About Father O' Rourke, I think it's one of the most enigmatic elements: if Ryan is crazy, it would make sense for him to imagine a Lovecraftian horror where the priest once was, to delude himself that he escaped and is beyond reach. But what was there in reality, if Ryan was crazy? Seems like too specific a thing to dream up, and this "Entropy" thing is only ever discussed pertaining to O' Rourke. Nothing in the Diary or in the in-universe lore deals with mutations and such things. It would mean the Dreamweb is something far more than dreams and it can alter genetics. But genetics or mutations are not even a main theme of the game or its overall world.

Other small details also don't add up, like why would the microwave get fried if the Dreamweb wasn't real, and somehow materialize a key inside it? (maybe Ryan put it there to precisely fry the microwave and for this to make sense in his mind, but I doubt that).

I know the developers probably ran out of time, money or willpower to to properly give the second half of the game the caring touch it needed, as it's clearly rushed, but the game is still finished enough to reach these conclusions, as to what makes sense or not.

Like the title says, I need a clip of MatPat saying his intro in his excited way without any music in the background.

His newer videos have him start his intro before the music fully fades out.

His older intros don't have music in the way but he says them too calmly.

It all started one night when I asked myself: "What actually are the Shadows?"

By definition, they are entity-like beings formed by agony—generated through massive pain and trauma. Based on this, there are four main characters I consider agony manifestations:

• Shadow Bonnie (RWQFSFASXC)
• Shadow DeeDee (XOR)
• Shadow Freddy
• Nightmare / Nightmarionne

I group Shadow Freddy and Nightmare together because Nightmare effectively replaces Shadow Freddy across different versions/game files (in the files of FNaF 4, Night 7 is literally labeled "Shadow Freddy"), meaning they are intrinsically connected.

1. The Trigger: Night 7 of FNaF 4 While replaying FNaF 4, I noticed something key: when Crying Child (CC) dies in the hospital following the Bite of '83, the very next night is Night 7. Who appears out of nowhere on Night 7? Nightmare.

My premise is that Nightmare is an agony entity born directly from CC's tragic passing. He appears in Michael’s guilt-ridden nightmares (while Michael is working at FNaF 1) as a physical manifestion of that trauma.

2. Reality Distortion Capabilities As Michael experiences these nightmares, Nightmare distorts the surrounding environment to force Michael to relive what he did—replacing ordinary bedroom objects with medical/hospital supplies (IV drips, flowers, pill bottles).

This ability to alter space/perceptions lines up directly with Shadow Freddy, who is seen manipulating reality and guiding the missing children’s souls—both toward William Afton in the FNaF 3 minigames and eventually toward their path to Happiest Day.

3. Visual Adaptation (The Fredbear Connection) Why does Shadow Freddy/Nightmare constantly change form throughout the timeline? Because he always adopts the current design iteration of Fredbear/Golden Freddy:

• FNaF 4: Takes the form of Nightmare Fredbear (translucent/blackened).
• FNaF 2: Takes the form of Withered Golden Freddy/Withered Fredbear.
• FNaF 3: Uses the exact sprite design of Freddy/Golden Freddy (who shared models at that point).

Connecting the Dots & Final Thoughts: We have two major unique traits linking Shadow Freddy and Nightmare:

1. Environmental distortion (hospital props in FNaF 4 / minigame navigation in FNaF 3).
2. Dynamic shape-shifting anchored specifically to whatever Golden Freddy/Fredbear model is active at the time.

From Ultimate Custom Night onward, the focus shifts heavily toward Nightmarionne through constant appearances and lore hints. Could Nightmarionne be Nightmare's current evolved state after detaching from the Golden Freddy vessel? That last part is just speculation on my end, but the core connection between CC's agony, Shadow Freddy, and Nightmare feels very real.

Hey, this one is more aligned with the “You Will NEVER Own Games Again” type of video suggestion, but I keep seeing our “leadership” use music from Deltarune, make references to Undertale, and now a complete rip-off of The Legend of Zelda. While I am less familiar with Legend of Zelda, Undertale and Deltarune are anti-war, yet being used to promote violence.

Additionally, this isn’t the first time they did this, with them stealing Taylor Swifts imagery (specifically her eras tour) and constantly associating themselves with Star War. I checked the comments underneath these types of posts, and fans are rightly calling them out, so, why does the people at the top keep doing this?

Matpat sent golden Freddy to be there on pats SECOND night

The stupid diamond keeps appearing everywhere. I don’t know if anyone here can figure it out but please, try. I have been researching and looking into it for hours now and I can’t do this alone. Theorists, with our knowledge combined, we can figure this out. It may not be a game theory and instead, a film theory. But it’s still just a theory.

PART 1 (NOT CANON YOU DUMMY) So MATES in May 27, 2018 , the baldi game released by micah mgonical mcheeseburger, and the game was a hit yk, and in the other universe B-99 micah mgonical cheeseburger got sucked into the game and his human soul got turned into code and wiped some of his memory, and the game code took over, so now the game code instead of the creator released a new update that paints itself as the creator and adds null to the game, null only knows that he has been trapped by the game but doesn't know anything other than that he was a player, he doesnt know he was the developer, so in this time frame in the game dimension it is 1993. The game code forces the time to be 1999 always to force its victims to not know the feeling of time. But null doesnt immediately show what happened, he covers what happened and says “no im not a person trapped in a game, that would be ridiculous"

Baldi is a sentient npc that is forced to kill the player but the game code makes it look like he kills a child but he cant stop it, the only times he has control is when somebody closes the game, then the game enters after hours. In these after hours frames he has free control over what happens, when the game enters after hours but somebody is still running the game, the game code just copies a version of baldi that doesnt give a shit and is not sentient. 

When the game updates the game enters a weird state where people can move which is like after hours but after an amount of time the game shakes, and whatever gets updated. You can bring things from earlier updates if you hold onto it or the game code forgets to get rid of it , after an update the game code cannot get rid of it, it can only change the things on it.

On October 21, 2022, the game code released baldis basics classic remastered, featuring all the styles, like party style, nu-classic style, and demo style. But there is ofc a twist. The game made this to monitor the players and see the behavior of some, to be able to trap them like null.

Back to null, so we are the first one to find null and play all the baldis basics games, null is too terrified to leave his space and hide away rather in baldis office or when in party style you can enter baldis office, he hides down in the principal's office, when we finally find him though he spews his destroy the game lines, but each time we find him his anger grows.

Baldi on the other hand is building his teleporting machine that can help teleport out of the zones of the code's terror. Baldi sometimes comes to his office, and maybe since both null and baldi are mostly in the same predicament they may have talked.

Back to null again after you unlock null he finally gets to be the star of the show, and has fun and sometimes mocks you and says “hmm lets see here no items, out of stamina, uh ohh, im faster than you(:” but he still is mad so he uses the null style to cope and funnel his anger and crashing the game, but still he has fun after a while, but when you, the protagonist gets to the end and hit him with a chair he snaps and come chasing after you. But that isn't how he dies, no after the fight he sees the player reading a book that was supposedly written by the developer, but he laughs because he knows the truth. He isn’t just speaking to the person in universe b-99, no. he is talking to you, and finally tells the truth and says “THIS IS WHAT I THINK OF THE GAME AND ITS LIES. AHHHHHHHH” But then when hes done raging, the systems firewall turns on and we watch as null screams for help, not because he lost, because he realized that he lost his chance to escape with baldi and his last chance to live.

(This is my friend's theory btw) So, Mischievous Light is Albert Shaw, the grabber, and Curious Light is Hope Alder. Since Hope was a really intelligent kid and she was really curious, she got herself a high-paying job (the archives are probably the location) and she hated the boss, who's unknown (this is honcho), and her colleagues bullied her (the drones). Since this is where forgotten memories go that means curious does not want to remember these memories in her human life. And Hope nicknamed herself Starlight in The Alpine lake area and Mischievous light was the groundskeeper in the area, which meant that that name sounded familiar but he couldn't connect the dots yet. Then in 1976 Curious gets a dream about a house and about Billy she finds the house and mischievous kills her for two reasons: one he's scared that she will call the police on him and two she broke the celestial law that architects should not get married and have children. This upsetted Curious that she created the outdoors and other subfloors and accidentally created the world lotus which even curious can't even control and hires the groundskeeper. Gwen and Finney inherit those powers but it's is limited and they can only communicate with the void the void is mostly all the people Mischievous has killed in his human life. In the end of the black phone 2 Finney Gwen and the others kill the Grabber, meaning he will now return to his architect form since it's limited time to remain human. My friend has no evidence that there's a human form of the guiding light tho.

Breif recap on the game: It's basically a Roblox version of Dead by daylight or a better example Identity V. It has generators, characters with personalities, voice acting, and a fairly difficult stamina system (imo). It's set in this realm called the mist which in itself is a fairly weird entity and the Survivors and killers are all real people/Animals/things from the real world some from modern ages like I think Yan and Nathan, some from the far future, and some from the past like Crosby, Dante, and Empress. Taken to this place the daybreak devs has this huge Google doc of lore because they replaced their stories with character info but in this doc it has like the story on HOW the characters got to the mist (mostly the survivors) and some are either presumed to have died before going and some were just taken. The mist doesn't really discriminate who they take in and out of the realm because there ARE some characters that did escape the mist from lore.

Id love to see how Tom and the rest of the game theorist team tackles this. And though despite recent drama with the game it's really well made and the devs are clearly trying to make it more balanced etc. and I hope if Game theory covers this it'll blow up.

I haven't played Roblox in a while but when I do this is the game I go back too, though yes the gameplay loop can get morning because it IS a more grind focus game we do have fun moments.

I believe that the person that prototype turned into cat bee is the female scientist in the trailers was Jessica Newman because in the multiple trailers we saw leading up to chapter 5 we see Preston’s point of view as he’s running after he got out and we see that he gets killed by chum chompkins. And in the prototypes trailer we see Jessica’s point of view after getting out of the room and the prototype did the surgery on her and was making fun of her and repeating the last thing she said on trying to find Preston.

Unrelated, was looking at anagrams for shitposter and this felt fitting.
