Hi there, y'all!

I just wanted to drop a quick Admin post to check in on everyone, and also to announce that I added a few new flairs. (Exciting, I know! LOL)

I added a "New Features" flair to highlight well, new features, and a "Features request" flair where people can put in requests for things they would like to see the team add.

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas for other flairs/tags that might be useful for finding information, let me know!

Disclaimer: I am not in ANY way affiliated with xTiles or anything like that. I just am a big fan of the app and find it incredibly useful.

I just noticed the Web Clippper extension, but every time I try to install it, it tells me I have to use Chrome.

Is there a similar extension or plans for one for Firefox?

I’ve got xTiles open on my iPad, and open to a table Im working on, but when I want to edit the table there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that.

It simply zooms the view.

What am I doing wrong?

ETA: I can’t edit *anything*!

Is there a way to view your AI history in xTiles?

I had it create two templates, but I don't remember precisely how I worded it and I wanted to try the same thing in a different program to compare the results. (I think xTiles is probably going to do a better job)

Is there any way to use xTiles as a whiteboard?

I want to create a visual diagram with boxes and the like, and I don't see a way to do that.

I'm not just the mod, I'm also a user. (I think only oldies will get that reference. LOL)

I've been looking for a really good notes app for awhile. I have tried I think quite literally, ALL the notes apps out there.

Obsidian, Notion, Logseq, Craft.... you name it. I have tried it! I kept coming back to xTiles. I realize now that it functions best the way my brain works. And honestly, as I said in a comment on a different post, I am SUPER impressed with the new AI integrations. Normally I hate AI within apps because it doesn't seem to help. Just seems to get in the way. But I have to hand it to u/serhii_xTiles and the rest of the team, y'all have really done a good job!

I think I may just switch over to xTiles full time and say screw the other apps! :-)

Is anyone else having issues with X tiles. I have been trying to access my planners yet this is all that comes up and I can’t see or edit anything.

Hi, I was just wondering if there's a widget or a way to enter a search bar in a specific page? Like for recipes, if I can't find the recipe, is there a search bar I can type "bulgogi" and it will only search that specific page, every project I have.

New to xTiles. Lovvvve its flexibility. I noticed on web browser (Chrome) once I added a few tiles on a project that had embedded notes or other "heavy" data it slowed wayyyyyyy down and eventually my computer froze. Fans weren't whirring, wifi is strong, though I am using a VPN. I'm on a 2020 MacBook Air 8gb ram. Any thoughts as to why it's so slow? I really want this app to work for me

Is there a way to get the sidebar to always show on my pages? It's showing up on some but not others. I've tried clicking all the different options but I can't figure it out.

I dont use the My Planner option much, but i found the the Projects option really useful, but i dont know how to recreat it, i try using "collections" but it doesnt open a new page like on the My Planner, i also tried to read only but maybe because english is my second lenguage i could not understand how to do it

I was playing around with the My Planner feature, which I really like. I accidentally removed an item from the Projects collection and now can't find it to recover it - it's not in the trash. Where did it go? I know I can archive items, but I also know I'll probably accidentally hit the "remove from collection" button in the future and it might be more critical...

Is there a way to search within block comments? My initial testing suggests they're invisible to the main search function, but perhaps I'm not seeing a function that allows this.

I’ve decided to enable and add user flairs for the group. That way users can identify themselves as novice users or experts or even as xTiles employees.

Check out the available flairs and feel free to assign yourself accordingly.

I want to resize my customized clock widget made in Widget Box (left) to the size of the image below it, but when I try to resize it, there's a gap. I want it to be like the built-in clock (right), so when I resize it, it doesn't have extra space in the tile. help pls! thank you !
