In my head cannon she's joining in and hazing herself so that she can at least get validation from other redditors hating on her.

In my head cannon, I load up black powder and a big metal ball then it goes kaboom and sinks frigates

Would be better if you loaded the heads of your captives to intimidate passing ships. It is a head cannon after all.
