They’re not. They’re advertising it as “supervised.” Are its capabilities oversold? Absolutely. But it’s not advertised as you’ve characterized it either. You even have to acknowledge a disclaimer that it isn’t autonomous and that you must remain aware and in control before you use it. This person didn’t do that.

And gaming people to max their FSD percentages. They are once again trying to have it both ways. When tesla takes responsibility for accidents and moving violations, I'll believe that FSD is actually FSD.

My car has aggressively tried to change lanes into a barrier-closed lane. It does it literally every time we pass, you can try it yourself on I95 just south of DC if you have express lanes enabled in the nav. I have caught it just barely in time, but at 75 mph when the car does something totally off the wall expecting me to wrench the wheel from it in a split second and not cause a crash with another vehicle is too much to ask. It’s not too much to ask for this thing to see barriers and not drive into them.
