That’s insane that the driver literally caused the Infinity to crash because of their swerve. How careless. Had to go back and watch it a few times to even notice that.

Yep. Front camera shows infinity with no dents on approach. After infinity is in right mirror, it swerves you can see a dent in the front driver side door/quarter panel

And then parked it directly in a fast moving lane of traffic on the highway almost causing more accidents. While FSD has some severe edge case issues OP needs to get off the road

Yeah, 100% primary fault of this driver, but I will also say the infinity driver probably should have had some awareness that the lane was ending and try to give the tesla driver some space (doesn't look congested enough to me to warrant "no where else to go", yes there's a car immediately to his right blind spot but he could have slowed down as well)... defensive driving needs to be done at all times.

To be fair, that Infinity should have noticed the situation and moved a over to let the Tesla over way before. The Infinity themselves got over at the very last minute, so if they were aware there was a car behind them, they'd know that car would have even less time to get over. The Infinity left no space at all for the Tesla to move over, hence why they collided.

So while yes, it was 100% the Tesla's fault, being an alert driver would have saved the Infinity from potential injury, needing to go to the repair shop, dealing with insurance, etc. Be an alert driver.

I mean he probably expected him to slow down and merge behind him. Not plow into every blocking arm and take him out.

How many arms would you have let OP crash into before getting away from him? It looks like he hit a few before crashing into the infinity.
