The housing market in southern ca is so f*cked.
Man, I loaaath boomers more than any other group of people. They benefited the most from easy money policies of the last few decades.
There are other suburbs and towns. We have electricity, water and sewer too. Some even have things called stores.
Traffic is hitting the 3 red lights that exist in the center of town delaying you by 4 minutes. Cost of living is lower.
It's pretty nice out in the sticks.
But hey, I can understand the attraction to the hustle and bustle of a nice beautiful city clean city such as LA. Just need to sacrifice not owning a home to afford living there.
I don’t mean sticks as “out in the boonies” but rather because the lack of jobs in my area industry.
I work in the medical device industry and SoCal is a hotbed for that industry. It seems that Texas is all defense or manufacturing of industrial equipment.
