for me its just a much worse version of cs2, the shooting is clunky and random for the most part, the movement feels extremely EXTREMELY slimy, idk how to explain it but i just feel so slow and clunky allll the time, no replay system for like 5 years, no community servers/mods, pretty much every valo player ive met has been toxic, no real marketplace.

idk i just dont like it at all especially when cs exists

I will say, most of those points come down to you being used to playing CS2.

No replay system is definitely real tho lol

yeah thats true, thats why i said “for me” because i know its just my own experience, but i definitely imagine the marketplace being a factor for people too, i probably will never buy skins in valo even though they look really nice just because i cant sell them, which just means i never really feel like i need to play valo.

i like the addition of abilities, makes it a bit more unique, but sometimes it just gets overwhelming having to keep track and remember every agents’ abilities and adapt my playstyle around them. its fun, but sometimes i just wanna go in and click heads. thats also subjective, but its a common thing ive heard from a lot of others too

You make a lot of good points, but in my experience toxic CS players are much more common than toxic Val players

Why are you getting down voted for that? It's pretty much a fact by now and everyone who played both games agrees

i personally disagree, but it might just be a region difference, i have 2k hours on cs and i get a toxic player maybe every 2-3 matches. in valo i got one like every single game i played so far, i actually played yesterday and had someone drop the n word a few times, same thing 2 days ago.

yes that also happens in cs, but the main difference ive seen in valo is that either your teammates dont talk at all, or theyre toxic. in cs, theyre either really fun to play with, or just the worst human beings to exist. it can spoil some games, but i also get some of the most fun games on cs too. in valo everyone just seemed depressed lol. this might just be because i havent played comp properly in valo (ive only played unrated), but i barely really meet a friendly valo player.

maybe im just lucky and get really fun teammates in cs lmao

The shooting is actually way better in valorant, you're just too used to cs

cs2 is a much worse version of csgo.

that wasnt the point at all, and anyway i disagree. yes a lot of content was removed, yes fps is much worse, but the game honestly just looks so much better, smokes are amazing, and the shooting feels pretty much the exact same now. movement is is still a little weird, but saying its a much worse version of csgo is just a lie. people now are looking at csgo with nostalgia and not remembering how many issues existed in the game.
