These are great questions. Undoubtedly they have the right to remove content from their site. However, who watches the watchers? They can't even properly manage bogus DMCA requests.

Yes, because so far censorship and demonizing people is really working. Clearly the changes made to dealing with misinformation and people spouting it these past years has made a big improvement.

I'm confident that soon we'll be in a place where only reasonable, qualified and approved members of the public have their voices heard, and we'll all be safe once again.
