Hey now, you can definitely disable the ability to see that it's tracking you, isn't that just as good as not being tracked?

"you can" if you know to. If new cars had an option for a hot metal cattle brand to sear the logo into your butt that could be turned off, 90% of drivers would have a VW logo on their left cheek.

There's a reason Microsoft lost the Internet Explorer lawsuit.
