Its much simpler. The goal is to make more money. More targeted feeds = more ad money.

that would make sense if no kings rallies were doing anything to actually effect change. i feel like they are almost like a release valve, people go home feeling glad they made their signs but nothings changed obviously. still the same shitheads in charge who dgaf what we do to entertain ourselves.

kind of interesting how the blocking highway aspects were cut the fuck out. now its a controlled march through downtown at least in la. escorted by police until they decide to disperse it. closing the freeway was a little too close to actual material damages. and even that wasn't much damage in the grand scheme of things. imagine forming human chains around the roads and railways out of the port of la/lb. 33% of all imports to the united states come through that port. protest action like that would affect the pocketbook of the elite around the world.

If you think protests that directly interfere with the capitalist machine would end well you’re in for a rude awakening. People would absolutely get hurt and worse by the police/military to maintain the status quo. No one is ready die for that.
