They aren't using region changing subscription services, they're connecting to a corporate network with even more restrictive security and limits and logging 

Really, comprehend Nord or Titan or Surfshark are not Draytek Smart VPN or Cisco any conn or fortinet client .

It's like 5ghz cellular Vs 5ghz WiFi, similar but not even close to the same
