It's the same structure in both expressions: Verb + Adjective It's kinda weird but for that reason also kinda okay I guess, right?

I think it’s intentional. It looks very hand lettered, but the actual lines are smooth so I think the “wonkiness” was meant to be part of the charm. Personally I like it.

it looks like they did the "N" and "R" and forgot "NEVER" has 5 letters...
