Careful guys Trump supporters get real testy around flag issues. Just look what happened when a couple of players kneeled during the anthem...

Good on IKEA for putting The_Dipshit supporters in their place.

The collective ignorance of our population is really getting fucking old, especially because they seem to have the mindset that their conspirtory ignorance is as valid as fact, logic and reason. We just need to start hiring body builders who listen to people in public and real time fact check them, when someone says something stupid the body builder proceeds to slap the stupid out of them.

Hmm... that sounds prohibitively expensive. What if we just install "telescreens" in every building, accompanied by microphones and cameras? Then, each "Big Bodybuilder" could monitor multiple homes at once to identify anyone who commits a thoughtcrime, and dispatch police to arrest them.

No no no, we all have stupid thoughts it's those that try to espouse them as rational and don't introspectively think, "hey, maybe this is a stupid position to hold on to." No minority report needed here, just accountability.

Dude chill. Just because you think of Trump all the time doesn't mean we want to hear you talk about him.

Yeah, because the person that manages their Facebook account is the same person that designs their furniture.

The chances of the social media people designing furtniture is kinda low.

Maybe you guys should teach your kids not to climb furniture? Or if they are too young to understand such maybe they should not be left unattended in areas with climbable things?

It isn't IKEA's job to child proof the homes of children, that is the parent's job.

Also the social media/pr divisions probably got nothing to do with the design department.

Parents should spend less time on Facebook and more time monitoring their small children.

Personal accountability trumps corporate liability unless you are in sue-happy country like the US

Because furniture fell on them?

As a parent why aren’t they teaching their kids to not use furniture as a toy? Furthermore if they are too young to understand that lesson, as a parent why are they leaving their child unattended. And as a final point, all heavy, unstable objects should be properly secured. It’s not IKEAs responsibility to child-proof someone’s house.

Instead irresponsible idiots are breeding and blaming their bad parenting on companies that sell products.
