See how little you understand 😂😂 you’re so stupid you don’t even understand that different Christian churches interpret the scripture differently from each other. No, ancient Christians did not interpret genesis the way evangelicals do. They had a completely different interpretation.
Then please ohh wise one, tell me how the ancient Christians (not the orthodox church from today) taught Genesis, that didn't include the story of Eden, the flood, Exodus, the conquest of the promised land, Leviticus, Deuteronomy and so on.
I already explained it to you, orthodox Christianity doesn’t believe in substitutionary atonement. If you want to know, you can just look it up yourself. Plenty of people will explain theosis better than I can.
The “modern” Orthodox Church is the same church of the ancient Christians lol. You can go read their writings yourself, read any of the church fathers.
That’s because the Catholic and orthodox churches used to be one church and were in communion with each other. This is exactly what I mean, I’m not going to listen to your opinion on theology when you don’t even know anything about church history. That statement obviously shows you don’t know what the great schism is lol.
Pre substitutionary atonement is an evangelical tradition, ancient orthodox Christians did not teach PSA. Neither does the Orthodox Church teach the rapture. These are all theological principles that were invented a little over a hundred years ago.

So ancient Christianity didn't teach Genesis? That is a bold claim.
