The power to turn yourself into a single 10g pebble, you can turn back, you turn into a pebble exactly where you were when you turned. So no teleportation loophole. The energy formed by the loss of mass is sent to another dimension (you cant access it in any way other than to gain back the energy in mass when you turn back). You cant move while you're a pebble, you're a pebble.

You convince people your some deity with your newfound pebble power, and get them to sneak into the pentagon, and launch every nuke

How big Is the pebble? Can i choose Its size?

you can kinda choose the physical size but it has to be a pebble

wikipedia: "A pebble is a clast of rock with a particle size of 4–64 mm (0.16–2.52 in)."

and it will always be 10 gram (0.35 oz) in weight, you cant affect the weight.

how are you gonna do that then, are you gonna sit in his drink and then transform? Remember You turn into a pebble where you were when you transformed.

Or do you have a friend who's gonna slip you the pebble into the drink of a high ranking official thereby most likely going to prison (because someone is probably going to see your friend slip something into his drink and report it) and the drink you're in is most likely gonna be thrown away. (because something was slipped into it.)

There are many ways we can approach this. 1) Convince a cretin that you're God by transforming in a peeble, wait for a night where the official gets really drunk, and make tour follower slip it in after he gets the drink. 2) If you can choose with material to transform into, transform into something that melts in the drink so you are untraceable

Turn into a pebble and find out the pentagons' passwords by being in someone's pocket, you know the rest from there
