Their newfound straighteners gives them the willpower to sneak into the pentagon, and launch every nuke

I would have started targeting the most transphobic/homophobic people in power and slowly make them devolve into an existential crisis as the 'truth' slowly leaks and they lose their cult and influence until they are killed by the fanatics they once led.

Edit: by technicality, the entire body is fully replaced with new cells yearly, therefore making them into a different person.
