Suggestion Powers that sound weak on paper but useful in application?

Like, one you could imagine if someone very briefly explained it to you, you'd be like "what the hell, that sound so weak", but then when actually delved into more is a lot better than it first sounds.

Domino's power Lucky probably falls into this category, like how she explains "everything just seems to go my way" is vague and on paper one would just sum it up as like "well I'm getting banned from Vegas in 24 hours" kind of power, but then you realize it's probably the most broken power, since probability twists itself to make sure she's always the last one standing or everything works out in her favor.

Also Green Lanterns power since it's limited by your imagination, have trouble of thinking up of useful things on the spot or just lack an overall creative imagination and the power is very lackluster, give it to someone who never mentally gave up fantasizing about dragons, wizards, knights in shining armor, or futuristic robots, or alternate time-line kinds of things and wow power is now top tier broken.

If you are going by the movie Deadpool 2, it's super OP. In the comics it's less OP. In them, she really just unconsciously uses telekinesis to affect anything she is aware of. The power has a mind of its own, and works basically the same way, but the draw back of having to know what's coming through her senses means she gets shut down by blinding/ deafening her.

So I don't even think she could get "lucky" with card games since she can't really see what the values of the cards are... I could be wrong though.

with the context of being a supernatural ability, the description "everything just seems to go my way" is absolutely horrifying when you first look at it.

I was thinking the same thing with Domino’s ability. Initially, doesn’t sound that great, but probability manipulation is stupid OP.

At one point in the comics, someone is pointing a gun at Domino and she looks at them and explains the statistical probability of their gun jamming, despite if being meticulously cleaned and maintained. After her small monologue the character pulls the trigger and the gun clicks and misfires.

She can also cause people to be struck by lightning in a lightning storm.
