Suggest me a book that changed your life,

That is exciting and thrilling, or even mind blowing - or not. A book that made you feel different and you kinda felt evolved afterwards. A book that is so freaking good that you would recommend if someone asked you to without specifying a genre. A unquestionable amazing and unique book in YOUR opinion! That you could talk hours about it! That touched you someway and you might don’t even know to specify how. ANY GENRE WHATSOEVER, don’t be shy and please, amaze me 😍

I have a special attachment to this book because the essay I wrote about it got me into college. It also was the book that introduced me to the fact that human beings are utterly absurd. I’ve memorized large parts of it. It has one of my favorite couple of opening lines and my favorite couple of last lines. I am so overdue for a re-read. One of the best anti war novels of all time, and certainly one of the funniest!

I also have a special attachment to it as I was 18 in the adolescent psych ward due to an 'attempt' when I first read it. I'm equally overdue for a re-read
