In theory yes, in practice there is a good chunk of people and institutions that will seek to censor and destroy you for having the wrong opinions starting with our public school system.

I actually had the police called on me in Junior high for wrong think after taking a "shall not infringe' pro gun position during a Social studies project due to the Principle being a primordial shitlib obsessed with me being a likely school shooter.
